ProGitProfile/v1 is the open JSON schema describing a contributor's identity, repos, and activity history aggregated across multiple git forges. It is the on-ramp for federated identity in ProGit: the progit-forge-bridge plugin emits documents conforming to this schema, and the future Reputation Ledger consumes them. The schema is deliberately open (CC0-1.0). Closing it would close the funnel — the moat is the seeded reputation graph anchored on controlled nodes, not the schema definition. v1 covers: identity (with multi-provider links and optional DID), repos (per-provider, no cross-provider dedup), contributions (12-month count, streak, language ranking), social (followers / following), and provenance (which providers contributed which facts to a merged document). Versioning policy: additive changes stay v1; breaking changes bump to v2 with migration tooling. |
